Who doesn’t need a refresher course for driving?

This FREE Rules of the Road Refresher Course is offered by the Illinois Secretary of State’s Office at the Warren County Public Library in Monmouth, Illinois. A representative from Jesse White’s office will update drivers on current rules of the road, review the vision and driving exams, and prepare drivers for the general written and road sign exams.

This course is intended for drivers over the age of 16 who are preparing for their renewal exam. This class is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
