UPDATE: Due to the recent closure of Baker & Taylor, the Boundless app that hosts the eRead Illinois collection is being discontinued. While a transition of this size would typically take months, they are moving quickly to ensure patrons experience minimal interruption to access and use of the eRead Illinois collection. In the coming weeks, the entire eRead Illinois collection will be migrated to a new, sustainable platform.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, users will not be able to place new holds in the Boundless app, and existing holds and checkout history will not be migrated to the new app. We suggest making a list of pending items and history.

November 2 is the final day to checkout any items in the Boundless app.

November 17 is the day the Boundless app will be shut down and retired.

The eRead collection will be available on a new platform on December 2!
